Therion — шведская метал группа, основанная в 1987 году гитаристом Кристофером Йонсоном. Therion считаются одними из основателей и ключевых исполнителей в стиле симфоник-метал: её композиции записываются и исполняются с участием живых оркестров, приглашённых оперных вокалистов и хоров. Большая часть песен группы касается различных мистических учений, мифологии народов мира.
